Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Create2ME processes when you create an account, purchase credits and use our AI gaming assistance, and how you can control that data.
1. Data We Collect
Account data: your first and last name, email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Order data: the number of credits purchased, currency, promo code used, chosen payment method and the status of the payment. For bank transfers we also process the payment reference shown on the incoming transaction.
Usage data: the games you select, the questions you send to the assistant, the assistance level chosen and the credits consumed by each request.
Screenshots: images you upload for analysis, together with the technical metadata required to process them.
2. How We Use Your Data
To create and secure your account, authenticate you and let you recover access to it.
To process credit purchases, issue invoices and reconcile bank transfers.
To generate AI answers, hints and screenshot analysis, and to keep a history of your requests inside your account.
To detect abuse, fraud and automated scraping of our service.
3. Legal Bases
We process account and order data to perform our contract with you, usage data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and optional analytics only with your consent given through the cookie banner.
4. Sharing and Processors
We share data only with processors that are necessary to deliver the service: cloud hosting, the AI inference provider that generates answers, our email provider and the banking or payment partners that settle your order.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
5. Retention
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists and afterwards for the period required by accounting law.
Uploaded screenshots are retained for 30 days so you can revisit an answer, then deleted automatically. You can delete them earlier from your history.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You can withdraw cookie consent at any time and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, contact [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited to authorised staff and payment details are handled by regulated financial partners rather than stored on our servers.
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will notify you by email and show a notice in your account before the change takes effect.
