Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Create2ME. By placing an order or using the assistant you agree to them in full.
1. The Service
Create2ME provides AI-generated gaming assistance: nudges, hints, full solutions, puzzle help, boss strategies, achievement guidance and screenshot analysis.
Answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are guidance, not a guarantee of a specific in-game outcome.
2. Accounts
An account is created during checkout. You must provide a valid name and email address and choose a password of at least 8 characters.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials confidential.
Accounts are personal. Sharing, reselling or transferring an account is not permitted.
3. Credits and Pricing
The service is prepaid with credits. One credit costs €0.10 and the minimum purchase is 50 credits.
Prices in US Dollar, British Pound and Polish Zloty are converted from Euro at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
Each service consumes a fixed number of credits, displayed before you confirm the request. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
There are no subscriptions, plans, trials or demo accounts.
4. Payments
Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Bank details and a payment reference are emailed to you immediately after the order is placed.
Your account remains in a pending state and the assistant stays locked until the transfer is received and matched to your order.
Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and cannot be selected yet.
5. Promo Codes
Promo codes reduce the order total by the stated percentage, apply to a single order and cannot be combined with another code or exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable Use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Automated scraping, resale of generated answers and attempts to bypass credit accounting are prohibited.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms; unused credits linked to a breach are not refundable.
